This is fantastic. Named one of Ad Freak’s “Most Viral Ads of 2012,” this French Tic Tac spot from April takes the idea of flash mobs to a completely new level. Just hilarious.

What Won't You Put in Your Vagina?

Don’t be alarmed by the title. I actually think this is a really clever campaign by Sir Richard’s Condoms. It’s gutsy, and for once, puts the focus on women, not men. Take a look at the video at the end of the article!

"Vague postmodern loathing for the commercialized world"
This quote is just a fantastic articulation of my common feelings, despite my intrinsic love of advertising.

A phenomenal new Volkswagen commercial by DDB. Showing the car isn’t even necessary in this emotional values-based ad. Just as Volkswagen has been there to protect him and his family, the aging father in this ad can trust that Volkswagen will keep his daughter safe once he can’t anymore.
I almost hate how effective this ad is. I looked like an idiot tearing up on the bus.

This is such a creative ad for Ford. Just so so cool. Very deserving of Ad Week’s “Ad of the Day” title.

I love Zooey Deschanel and I love the Apple iPhone 4S, therefore I love this ad. Actually though, smart move using Zooey’s quirkiness and recent extreme rise to fame to show off some cool things Siri can do.

Chrysler Unveils New Spots to Follow 'Halftime in America'
I think my favourite part of this is “where there’s a truck, there’s a job” in the first ad.
HAHA.
As if “Halftime in America” wasn’t bad enough - there’s just something outrageously cheesy about these ads. It’s probably just my increasingly cynical mind that’s ruining it for me, but I’ve had enough of the whole “American Dream” ideal in advertising. Okay, I get it, times are tough and kudos to you for being that strong American and trekking on, but this theme just feels so overdone.

I don’t even know what to say about this other than what the fuck? Who actually thinks this is a good ad?

We have a left knob and a right knob for each political party

This is really interesting. I never thought of an Etch A Sketch being either political or apolitical…
